Transparency is the new SUPER Power. It lets others know that they are not alone. It give folks permission to try, try again. How often do we say “no one is perfect “ yet we strive to create the perfect illusion? Transparency also helps us keep our ego and judgment in check. We are all here figuring it out, doing the best we can with what we have. Sometimes it looks stellar, sometimes is a lil ugly. But it should always be authentically you.
